The next day you will be standing on the roof of Texas.You will feel the immensity of the desert, which is more like a botanical garden, although lizards and rattlesnakes crawl all over it. You will taste the climate of the American southern frontier, visit the oldest known continuously inhabited settlement in North America and the historic city of San Antonio. You'll cross the Rio Grande River and see why the Rio Grande translates as the River of Trouble. You'll wash away the desert dust in the emerald waves of the Gulf of Mexico. You'll visit 6 national parks and 3 UNESCO World Heritage sites. So let's go!!!
